Agreement
By creating an account or using the private pilot, you agree to these draft terms and the Privacy Notice, subject to the re-confirmation described above.
Private pilot
PinakX is provided as a limited private pilot. Features may change, pause, or be withdrawn while the workflow, controls, and commercial model are evaluated.
Account responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, protect your account, use only content you are entitled to share, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
No investment advice
PinakX organizes information and workflows. It does not recommend an investment, guarantee an outcome, act as your legal or tax adviser, or replace independent professional diligence.
Payments and settlement
In-platform capital settlement is not enabled for the pilot. PinakX may record evidence that an off-platform settlement occurred, but it does not provide bank instructions or direct how funds should move.
Documents and access
You retain responsibility for documents you upload. Counterparty access is controlled through the platform workflow, but you must not upload personal data about third parties, unlawful material, or information you are not permitted to disclose.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, bypass permissions, scrape restricted information, impersonate another person, interfere with security controls, or use PinakX for unlawful activity.
Availability and termination
Pilot access may be suspended or ended to protect users, comply with law, investigate misuse, or change the pilot. Final warranty, liability, dispute, and governing-law provisions remain subject to counsel review.
